Tracy Ann Women's Wellness provides menopause and pelvic-health education, wellbeing coaching and supportive guidance.   My services are intended to help you better understand your wellbeing, explore your individual goals and feel more informed and confident when making decisions about your health.

My services do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for care from your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.  I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe or recommend medication, alter existing treatment plans, or provide clinical pelvic-health assessment or treatment.

Where concerns fall outside my scope of practice, I will encourage you to seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional, such as your GP, menopause specialist or pelvic-health physiotherapist.

If you are experiencing new, severe or concerning symptoms, or believe you may require urgent medical attention, please seek appropriate medical care rather than waiting for a wellness consultation.
