You'll be asked to complete a confidential pre-consultation questionnaire.  This helps me understand what you're currently experiencing and means we can make the most of our time together. 

Yes.  Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to me.  Information is handled securely and in accordance with UK data protection requirements. 

No.  My role is educational and supportive.  I don't diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment or replace advice from your GP or other healthcare professional.  Where appropriate, I can help you prepare for healthcare conversations and signpost you towards suitable professional support. 

Depending on what we've discussed, I may send you relevant information and resources to support your next steps, which may include my Menopause & Midlife Wellness Toolkit. 

Not at all.  Some women find one consultation gives them the information and direction they need, while others value ongoing support.  The choice is entirely yours. 

Consultations take place online, so you can join from somewhere comfortable and private without needing to travel.
